Our leadership team at OneCity for Recovery is deeply committed to fighting substance use disorder (SUD) and supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Guided by a diverse group of business leaders, community advocates, and experts, our Governance Board brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to our mission. Together with our Advisory Board, they provide invaluable guidance to ensure that we continue making a significant impact in Southwest Ohio.

John Brase
Board President
For the past 10 years, John Brase has served as the Board President for OneCity for Recovery. John is honored to be a part of OneCity for Recovery and considers it a privilege to work alongside other Christian business leaders to help combat the epidemic affecting so many in our community.
In addition to his involvement with OneCity for Recovery, John is actively involved with various industry organizations. His contributions include serving on the University of Missouri Trulaske School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board and supporting business leaders to maximize their impact in the community.
John currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the JM Smucker Co., where he has strategic oversight of the U.S. Pet Food & Pet Snacks, Coffee, Frozen Handheld and Spreads and Sweet Baked Snacks, businesses, as well as the Company’s Away From Home, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
John has been married to his wife, Allison, for 32 years. John and Allison are proud parents to three wonderful children: Meghan, Max, and Jacob.

Tom Gold
Board Vice President
Tom Gold, retired Vice President of BWI Group, has witnessed OneCity for Recovery evolve into a leading organization dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery from substance use disorder. The Care Coordinator model has proven to be highly effective, and the organization has built strong partnerships with local drug courts and law enforcement to provide comprehensive services to those in need. The support from local communities has further strengthened the mission of OneCity for Recovery, and Tom is proud to contribute to its ongoing success.
Tom is married to Debra and has two adult children, Matt and Jenny, as well as a son-in-law, Parker.

Kevin Wise
Treasurer
The opiate epidemic is significant and demands a creative and equally significant response. OneCity for Recovery initiatives are working and proving cost-effective and scalable. I am privileged to work with such a talented board and passionate group of donors who have made a difference in a short period. There is more healing to come!
Kevin has been married to Marsha for 28 years, and they are the proud parents of three high school and college-aged children

Greg Cocca
Secretary
Greg Cocca brings over 30 years of experience in leading and transforming dynamic businesses, specializing in developing operational roadmaps that accelerate business growth. As a retired Procter & Gamble executive, Greg has directed large organizations and successfully led global innovation masterplans.
Passionate about serving others, Greg's commitment stems from witnessing the devastating impact of substance use disorder. He believes in raising awareness to create opportunities that enable people to find a pathway to recovery.
Beyond his role with OneCity for Recovery, Greg is a business consultant working with various companies and non-profit organizations. He also serves on the advisory board of Jeevan Aadhar Transformative Aftercare Services (JATAS), supporting independence for survivors of violent sexual oppression in India. In his free time, Greg enjoys running, outdoor activities, and exploring new places. Greg is humbled to be part of a team dedicated to being a catalyst for change and saving lives in Southwest Ohio and beyond.

Andrew Cottrell
Development Committee
Andrew brings 15 years of experience in personal wealth management at Merrill Lynch, advising corporate executives and business owners. He is the co-head of the Cottrell and Klaus Group, which has offices in Kenwood and West Chester.
After years of supporting OneCity for Recovery as a donor, Andrew eagerly joined the board to help combat the substance use disorder epidemic. He is inspired by the tireless efforts of OneCity’s Care Coordinators and their impact on the community and is honored to contribute to their mission.
A lifelong resident of this community, Andrew is deeply passionate about addressing substance use disorder, an issue he believes is central to the community’s future. As a father of four—Cormac, Cael, Cordelia, and Carrigan—he is committed to connecting those in need with treatment, knowing firsthand through family and friends that this epidemic does not discriminate by race, age, or socio-economic status.
Andrew met his wife, Paige, while attending Butler University in Indianapolis, where she played softball, and he played football. Now residents of Mason, their family attends Crossroads Church Mason, and he coaches youth football and softball through Mason Youth Football and MYO.

Scott Phillips
Member
Scott leads the Government Services Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd. He is passionate about helping communities become the best places to live, work, and play.
He is privileged to be a law director, solicitor, and special counsel for numerous communities in southwestern Ohio. In those roles, Scott counsels and advocates for his clients. He also represents owners and developers in land use, zoning, and eminent domain matters.
Scott also serves on a dozen non-profit boards in southwest Ohio. He views community involvement as a profound duty and privilege. His favorite board is OneCity for Recovery, which he helped start. He is also very involved in his Church, Crossroads Mason.
Scott’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife Jenny and five children and doting on his many grandchildren. On a nice day, you’ll find him with a fly rod in his hand, trying to land that elusive 30-inch trout, 10-pound bonefish, or 40-inch steelhead.

Tim Senff
Member
Tim, Pastor at Crossroads Mason, is passionate about addressing the impact of substance use disorder in the community. He believes that both those struggling with substance use and their families can feel shame and hopelessness, but he is committed to reminding them that there is always hope.
Tim’s involvement with OneCity for Recovery reflects his belief that no one should walk this journey alone and that a brighter future is possible for all.
Tim is married to Mary, and they have four children: Hannah, Leah, Jeremiah, and Noah. The family resides in Mason, OH.

Roger Nienaber
Member
Roger Nienaber is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth in the Cincinnati area. A passionate community leader, Roger is deeply committed to service and mentorship.
As an active member of Crossroads Church, Roger fosters meaningful connections within his faith community. He serves as a board member for OneCity for Recovery, contributing his expertise to help individuals overcome challenges and rebuild their lives.
Roger combines his love for sports and mentorship as a basketball coach, guiding young men to develop teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills on and off the court. Additionally, he is a Hope House coordinator, providing critical resources and support to those in need.
Roger resides in Lebanon, Ohio, with his wife and three children, where he remains dedicated to both his professional and community-focused endeavors.

Molly Lampe
Member
Molly Lampe is an Ohio-licensed attorney and serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc., where she provides legal services to the credit union, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, and its charitable giving arm.
Driven by her faith and passion for helping others, especially those who are struggling and often marginalized, Molly is committed to building hope and well-being through collaboration and advocacy.
Molly volunteers her time through local organizations, serves as a mentor to law students, and is a member of an Advocacy Action committee. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Kristie Hart
Executive Director
After spending a career at Procter & Gamble for 25 years, Kristie now leads the OneCity For Recovery organization.
Kristie has been serving as the Executive Director since 2020. Under her leadership, Kristie has been able to grow and expand the reach and impact of this life-saving work in Southwest Ohio through strong collaboration with partners and community stakeholders. She believes in creating hope and opportunities for recovery.
Kristie’s passion for this role comes from previous volunteer experience with the non-profit Safe Families organization. She has three adult children and enjoys various outdoor activities.
