Scope
This policy applies to all aspects of OneCity for Recovery, Inc., including but not limited to hiring practices, volunteer engagement, service delivery, and interactions with clients, partners, and members of the public.
Non-Discrimination Policy
OneCity for Recovery, Inc. strictly prohibits discrimination or harassment based on race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender, or retaliation for reporting discrimination or participating in an investigation. All employees, volunteers, clients, and partners are entitled to fair and equal treatment, and any unlawful discriminatory actions or practices will not be tolerated.
Reporting and Enforcement
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report the incident promptly. The following procedures should be followed:

Document the Incident: Record the details of the incident, including dates, times, locations, involved parties, and any witnesses.
Zero Tolerance Statement
OneCity for Recovery, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. Any individual found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or removal from the organization.
