This team of ten care coordinators specializing in SW Ohio provide services free of charge and will help guide you or you loved one through the confusing network of treatment and recovery in Southwest Ohio. The Hopeline

In 2015, we started a very unique program called The Hopeline Care Coordinator program. The Hopline program assertively connects and builds relationships with clients battling substance abuse disorders in a way that greatly facilitates the entry of persons into treatment and ongoing recovery.

What started out as a team of 1 is now of team of 12 serving in Butler, Warren, Clinton, Montgomery, and Hamilton counties. The Hopeline team has supported over 11,000 individuals, with over 4,200 connections to treatment, recovery housing, as well as supportive services like healthcare, housing and transportation. .

King Home

There is an acute lack of recovery housing in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati and there was nothing in Warren County. Those recovering from substance abuse need a safe place where they can live while learning how to reintegrate into society. OneCity has purchased and opened our first men's recovery home in Warren County. King Home opened July 2018 in South Lebanon. Our operating partner for the King Home is Whole Truth Ministries.

Recovery Court

Judge Robert Peeler’s Warren County RECOVERY Court Program aimed at helping those RECOVERing from substance abuse disorder is celebrating success after ALMOST 7 YEARS. Fifty graduates have successfully completed Warren County RECOVERY Court. OneCity provides assistance to eliminate barriers that clients encounter in their struggle to maintain sobriety. We assist with rides, clothing, furnishing apartments, etc. If you would like more information, please contact us.
