Tom Gold

Retired VP, BWI Group

One City for Recovery has evolved into an organization that is focused on helping people recover from addiction.  Our society applies many pressures on people young and old which leads to unhealthy addictions.  The Care Coordinator model has proven amazingly effective in supporting the focused activity of OC4R.  We have created a strong partnership with the drug courts and local law enforcement to provide wrap around services that support people in need.  Local communities have rallied around this organization to support this mission and I am honored to be a small part in this endeavor.

Tom is married to Debra and has two adult children, Matt, Jenny and son-in-law Parker.

Kevin Wise

TREASURER

Chief Financial Officer for iMFLUX, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Procter & Gamble

17 year member of the Mason City Schools Board of Education

The opiate problem is significant and demands a creative and equally significant response. The OC4R initiatives are working and are proving to be cost effective and scalable. I am privileged to work with such a talented board and passionate group of donors who have made a difference in a short period of time. There is more healing to come!

Kevin is married to Marsha  for 28 years and they are the proud parents of three high school and college-aged children.

Greg Cocca

SECRETARY

Retired Executive, Procter & Gamble

I am involved in OC4R because so many people are dying from the opiate epidemic. I am humbled to be part of a team that is seeking to be a catalyst for change that saves lives in our city.

Greg has been married to his wife Katrina for 30 years.  They have 3 children:  Lauren (28) is a planner & scheduler at Delta Airlines, Alyssa (26) is a nurse at Ohio State University, and Natalie (23) is a teacher at Treca.

Andrew Cottrell

Managing Director, Cottrell Group @ Merrill Lynch

After supporting OC4R for a number of years as a donor, I jumped at the opportunity to serve on the board.  Through the efforts of the tireless miracle workers known as the Care Coordinators, this organization is making a real dent in the addiction epidemic in our backyard.  I’m excited to help in any way I can.

Andrew has been married to Paige since 2015.  They have four children: Cormac, Cael, Cordelia and Carrigan, and reside in Mason.

Kathleen Kinane

Former co-owner of Manor House Banquet & Conference Center with husband Bill

I became involved with OC4R because my family was affected by the heroin epidemic with the death of our son Eric at the age of 30 in October of 2013. I feel that there is much to be done to help those currently addicted and much to be accomplished in the areas of education and prevention with not only heroin but opiates…and other addictions as well.

Kathy has been been married to Bill since July 1974. She has a daughter Amanda, a son-in-law Sam and three grandchildren…Jackson, Carson and Anna.

Scott Phillips

Member in Charge of Frost Brown Todd’s West Chester office

I am involved in OC4R because addiction is our community’s largest challenge. To be able to have a little part in making a difference is a privilege.

Scott has been married to Jenny for 32 years. He is the proud father to 5 adult children and 4 and counting grandchildren that bring him indescribable joy.   When he isn’t dotting on the grandkids you can find Scott with a fly rod in hand trying to land that elusive 30 inch trout.

Tim Senff

Pastor, Crossroads Mason

Addiction has impacted so many in our community, both those who struggle with substance abuse, as well as their family and friends. It’s easy for anyone associated with addiction to feel a level of both shame and hopelessness. But we want to remind people that God has a hopeful future for them, and that there’s nothing to be ashamed of. We are all in this together. We’re OneCity For Recovery.

Tim is married to Mary and they have 4 children: Hannah, Leah, Jeremiah and Noah. They live in Mason.
